    Hi, I want a refund of 34$ for my domain and also the private registration. It says that I am eligible:

    The following upgrades for your blog Inspiread are eligible for refunds:
    Request a refund for Domain Mapping
    Request a refund for Domain Registration
    Request a refund for Private Registration

    but when I click the links they don’t work.
    I’m very upset and want a refund immediately. I was not told that there was going to be an automatic withdrawal each year. I am contacting you within 24 hours of being notified from paypal that money has been drawn from my account from wordpress.

    It should should have been renewed JUNE 18 and I was going to cancel it before then. WHY was money taken from my account MAY 18? One month in advance.

    I want a refund and I want to delete my website blog.

    Hi there,

    I’m sorry for the trouble. Your domain was set to auto renew after you purchased it, in which case we try to renew the domain 30 days before it expires (to make sure there is time to sort out any possible issues with the renewal and make sure you don’t lose the domain). That renews the domain for a full year past its expiration date.

    I see you cancelled that renewal, which cancelled the pending renewal payment before the transaction finished, so no payment was made to WordPress.com. Your domain is currently set to expire on June 18, 2015.

    You mentioned you want to delete your website/blog. Do you want to cancel your domain name inspireadmagazine.com now as well? If so, I can take care of that for you.

    Please keep in mind that canceling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again in the future.

    If you’d like to keep the domain and use it somewhere else, you can transfer it instead: Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar
