  Unfortunately, with the covid my business went down in February 2020 and we had to close down :(

  A consultant, I hired did the page for us and without my knowledge left the Auto-Renewal on
  :(
  On Saturday 8th of January and amount of £98.22 was taken from my account by wordpress without any prior information/ email to help me understand what’s going on and stop the membership and payment before was due.

  We have been closed for a year now and would have cancelled the site many months ago.
  The site costs and membership(s) were just a money lost exercise, as we never had the time to trade using the services.

  I would ask for you good will and refund the amount (requested with 96 hours of renewal).
