The “Photographer” template does not do what it seems to claim in terms of creating portfolios and I wish for a refund. When I contacted Support the answer came back that they would “keep that functionality in mind”

No problem – premium themes are refundable for up to 30 days after purchase through Store > My Upgrades. It looks like you’ve already been issued a refund, so just let me know if I can be of further help.
