Refund

    I bought a $99 package July 9th, and it says the transaction is pending on my bank account. I know I have 48 hours for a refund, which is why I am reaching out today, prior to the 48 hour window period. When I go to my profile, and click on manage purchases, the only option I get is to get an upgrade. It looks like the system has not approved my purchase. What’s going on?

    1. What is the domain URL?
    2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?

    As @Timethief mentioned, what username account did you use to try and purchase the premium plan? Because I do not see any transactions under the account you are contacting us from.

    Please check to see if it is under a different account, and let me know the WordPress.com address connected to the upgrade you purchased.
