Refund

I bought a $99 package July 9th, and it says the transaction is pending on my bank account. I know I have 48 hours for a refund, which is why I am reaching out today, prior to the 48 hour window period. When I go to my profile, and click on manage purchases, the only option I get is to get an upgrade. It looks like the system has not approved my purchase. What’s going on?
