  Hello,
  I cancelled my subscription period within the 30 day time frame and I was not refunded for my cancellation. How do I get my refund? Thanks!

  We need details please.
  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?
  5. When did the refund request and upgrade cancellation take place?

  Hi there,

  I see that you were refunded $86 of the $99 that you were charged. I went ahead and refunded you the remaining $13. It usually takes 7-10 business days to see the refund reflect on your bank statement. The first refund was made on the 7th, so you still might have a few days before receiving the refund.
