    Hi there,

    I requested a refund of €66 on the 7th of February and I still have not received it. Can you please process my refund. Thank you.

    It looks like there are two separate refunds on your account, and both have been already processed.
    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks may require more time to process the refund. If you don’t see the refund in the next few days, let us know, and we’ll send you a unique number you can share with your bank, which should help them locate the refunds.
