  That refund has been issued two days ago. Please note that refunds take about 10 business days to appear in your account. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank.

  Please wait a little more and if you’re still not able to locate the refund, then follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
