  Hello. I purchased the premium plan for a year. However, I realized with a bluehost, I need to get wordpress.org, not .com, in order to self host and customize everything myself. I refunded 86 of the 99 dollars, and canceled my domain mapping. However, I was wondering if i could also get a full refund for the 13 dollars as well, seeing as I had it on less than 24 hours and am not going to use wordpress.com? Thank you so much for your help!

  I checked your account and it looks like the remaining $13 was refunded to you today as well. It will take 7-10 days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement. If you do not see the full $99, let me know, but all of it has been refunded back to you. Sorry for the inconvenience.
