  Hi! I canceled my domain a week ago but havent received the refund yet. Please do take a look at this. Thanks!

  It usually takes 7-10 business days. Today is business day number 7, so I would wait a few more days and let us know if you have not received the refund by then. I did check and confirmed that the refund has been processed.
