Refund

    Hi,
    I paid £36 for a personal subscription in error (Receipt ID: [redacted by staff]). I requested a refund and it is saying I am being refunded £21. How do I get the other £15 back?

    sorry for that, I have issued a refund for the remaining amount as should have been the case originally.
