    Please how long does it take for a refund to be made..
    I have waited 9days now for a refund for domain name

    A refund can take up to 10 days or more depending on the way your bank works. Most banks outside the USA do need a lot more of time.

    According to our records you made your purchase on 9-15 at ~16:00 UTC, and cancelled and refunded less than an hour later. In cases like this (where the refund was issued before the original charge settled with the bank) the refund was likely processed as a “reversal” instead, so the original charge will simply disappear from the your bank statement without a refund actually being issued.

    It seems that is the case based on what I see on this end, but please check with your bank to confirm your 9/15 charge for $18 was reversed. Thanks!
