  I have not used this account in over a year and I just received a bill for $115. How do I cancel this subscription and receive a refund?

  Howdy,

  I’m seeing a refund as having been processed on 2022-04-11. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
