    Hello,

    I did not receive a full refund for my purchase this morning. I paid 277 and only received around 244 back. I was told this was for the domain transfer but I was never charged for that anyways.

    Hey there, domains are free with a paid plan; refunding the plan gives you everything back except that. And transfer refunds can be tricky.

    In your case though, the transfer was canceled and didn’t end up on our services, so we can go ahead and refund the rest. You should see that soon. Cheers!
