Refund
-
When I first started WordPress, I decided to jump right in with the $99 membership. After the first day, I realized I was in over my head, and decided to start with the free blog first. I asked for a refund, but was only refunded part of the money ($72, or so). What happened to the rest? How do I get that back?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Do you wish to keep the domain URL and use it one another site? If so that could explain the discrepancy.
We need details please.
1. What is the domain URL?
2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased?
5. When did the refund request and upgrade cancellation take place?I will type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up. The domain was http://www.thinkbookish.com, with the underlying WordPress URL being http://www.thethinkhaven.wordpress.com. I decided to delete the domain (thinkbookish.com), and just stick with the free WordPress blog. I don’t need to use the domain (thinkbookish.com) on any other sites. When I requested the refund, I thought that the domain was deleted, along with the subscription.
The domain was purchased and refunded (partially) on the same day, October 19, 2016. Receipt ID=20627744.

Hi there!
I went ahead and refunded the remaining $26 your way. It’ll take 5-7 business days to post to your account.
Please let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!
