    Hello this is not my website. My information was taken last year and I had to cancel all my credit cards it looks like this was still linked to my bank and I received an automatic withdrawal today. This is not supposed to be renewed seeing how it’s not my site. It can be shut down immediately and I need to be refunded immediately

  • What is the URL of the site in question?

    I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when the upgrades were purchased with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.

    If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
