  I canceled my account and was emailed that I would recieve a refund within 7 buisness days and it’s been 8 days and have recieved nothing.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  You were refunded on 11/13 which was a Saturday. 7 business day from the 13th is tomorrow. So, I’d check your account tomorrow to see if the refund has processed on your end. It successfully processed on our end, so the funds are no longer with us.

  Hi there,

  The refund amount has not been with us since 11/13. Are you still without it? Did you check with your bank?
