Refund

Hello! I’ve cancelled my Purchases, but it doesn’t appear that there will be a full refund. I’ve paid for the Personal package – 30 GBP. I mapped a Domain, which was included in this package. Than I cancelled both – but it appears that only 19 GBP will be refunded. I read, that if I cancel domain within 48 hours, there will be a full refund. Could you please check this out? Thank you!

    We need details please.
    1. What is the domain URL? Do you want to use the domain URL on another site?
    2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
    4. When was the upgrade purchased?
    5. When did the refund request and upgrade cancellation take place?

    1. olgareed.co.uk. I’m not sure I want to use this domain at all or use it later with wordpress again with another package.
    2. Not sure, I understand this question – but I guess olgareedblog.wordpress.com

    Hi!
It’s been almost a month since I’ve cancelled my subscription, but I still haven’t received a refund.
Could you please check if everything is ok?

    Thank you!
    Olga

  • Everything on our end is processed. I’m afraid it is out of our hands at that point. You may need to contact your banking institution and ask if they know why the funds have not been returned to you.
