  Good morning I have cancelled a mapping in the 26th of November. I would like to know when will I recieve the refund on my PayPal account. Thank you

  Hi @craymc, the refund was processed on our end the same day, but it can take a few days to route back to your account. If it isn’t there after about 5 business days, you might get in touch with PayPal to see if they can see it on their end. Cheers :)

  Hello! Unfortunately I stil can’t see the refund and there is no money in my bank account.

  @craymc have you contacted your bank yet to see if they can see it on their end?
