  I’ve cancelled my site and I am due a refund. Will this be automatic or do I need to fill in a form? Thanks

  I see that you purchased your domain mysuperart.com on May 2nd. I can confirm you canceled on May 10th, but that is several days after the refund period, so no refund has been processed. More info here: https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/#domains

  While we are not able to refund if you wish, we can recover the domain on your behalf and restore it to your account. You do not have to use the domain with a site created on WordPress.com, so if you intend to start a site on a different service, we can assist you with connecting your domain to your site created elsewhere, so it can use mysuperart.com as its address.
