  Hi I was meant to receive a refund after 5 days after I cancelled my domain, I spoke someone called jerry however it’s been over 10 days and I haven’t received anything back.

  I checked and verified that we did process a refund for you back on 11/22. Have you talked to your bank about the transaction? I would reach out them and see if they see it posted to your account.
