  Hi I purchased a website Dec 1 and I decided to ask for a refund. The guy I talked to said it would take 5-7 days. It’s been a week now and I still don’t have my refund!

  The refund has been processed on our end. Once that has happened, the process is mostly out of our hands. Your banking institution dictates when the money is returned to your account. Contacting your bank’s customer service dept might be worth a try.
