on December on I requested a refund I was told it would be coming in 7 days its now December 20 and i still havent seen the refund ?

2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased?

Everything appears processed on our end of things. Once that happens, it is out of our hands and up to your bank as far as how long it takes for money to be returned to your account.
You might call your bank’s support team and ask them what the delay is.
