financialmoneygury.com is not registered with WordPress.com. Whois data is saying that the domain hasn’t ever been registered before. What exactly are you getting a refund for and what was the charge? I may be that you are contacting the wrong host in regards to the refund.

I did check accurately, I just noticed that you misspelled the domain incorrectly when you first contacted us:

But, no worries! With the Transaction ID provided, I was able to find the account that the upgrade was under. It was released the funds you back on 12/17. Have you spoken to your bank about the transaction? We no longer have the money on our end. If they tell you that they do not see anything on their end, then I will contact our payments team and see if there is anything else we can look into.
