  I already contacted WordPress sking for a full refund from the personal plan which I had purchased on the same day and not used due to a change in situation. I see that in my payment history they have logged a full refund on the 31st of January but it is now the 2nd February and there is still no payment in my account. Can’t get in touch with anyone?

  It takes at least 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account. Let us know if you do not see anything posted after that period of time. Thanks!
