  I purchased a personal website domain and paid $35.88 but when I submitted information for a refund, it said I will only receive $9.88 back. It’s been less than 10 since I purchased this. Why am I getting less than a third of what I paid back?

  I see that a refund for the entire $35.88 has been processed. It can take 7-10 business days for that for the refund to post to your account.
