  Hi
  I got my wordpress subscription cancelled within 30-days with the help from wordpress chat and I was told to get refund within 5-7 working days. Its around already 10 days since then and I am still waiting for refund.

  Please advise

  Hi gotechcampus,

  Your plan was cancelled on 24-Jan-2017, but it looks like this didn’t trigger a refund. I’ve just refunded the $99 to you.

  Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement. If you want some reassurance that it is on its way, you can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
