  I can’t see the payment as gone out but my account still registers as being 30 pounds down and its been well over a week since it was refunded what should I expect?

  Hi there,

  I see that the refund was processed on 1/30 and it takes around 10 business days for it to post to your account. So, you should see it within the next few days.

  Yeah okay I shall check again in a few days time :) and there was another on the 23/01 too what about that one?

  So you have not received that one yet? We have definitely processed that refund as well and do not have access to the funds any longer. Can you check with your bank to make sure they do not see it processing on their end? If they do not, I will touch base with our payments team and have them look into it. Thanks!
