  Hello
  I’m expecting refund in my account today, but it’s not there.

  Was just wondering where it is? As it’s been 7days since the transaction.

  We don’t control how long your bank takes to process a refund, and nowhere do we guarantee you will receive it in 7 days. It usually takes about 7 business days, but that varies depending on bank and on the type of card or payment method you used.
