Refund

    I requested a refund of £30 on 2nd Febuary for the cancellation of my account via the online chat support. However I have just checked and noticed I didn’t received the refund in question. Please could you check the refund was processed correctly. Many thanks

    I can confirm that the refund was issued. You can view a receipt here:

    If it’s not showing in your account yet, the problem is most likely on your bank’s end. Can you please follow up with them directly? Provide the transaction ID from our payment provider that appears in the receipt as a reference if they need one.
