  Hi,
  I’m trying to get a refund for my plan. I clicked on the cancel button however an error occurred and asked me to contact support. I didn’t get the cancellation confirmation email and it doesn’t give me the option to anymore.

  Hello,

  Cancelling your plan only triggered a partial refund (£8) so I’ve just refunded the remaining £22 to you.

  Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement — although this can be a little longer for international refunds (outside the US). You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
