  Hello i requested a refund, i received the confirmation email that ‘we have processed your refund’ but i checked my bank account and I didn’t received anything. My question is how long approximately will take for the transaction to take place.

  Hello,

  Your plan was cancelled and refunded on 2017-03-06. Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement — although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
