  How do I get my refund? I have been trying to cancel this account. I thought that I had already done so, but I see a charge for $35.88 on my credit card.

  When did you request a refund? It can take 5 – 7 days to process. Did you follow these instructions?:-

  I have added modlook for staff to check your account.

  I requested a refund on or about Feb 19th. I see a credit for $9.88 and I dont know what the $35.88 is for. I had no intentions of registering the domain, and may have by accident. Either way, I am looking for a full refund and deactivation.
