  Paid $129 AUD, cancelled within an hour, received refund of only $95 AUD. why I am receiving only a partial refund?

  Cancelling your plan only triggered a partial refund so I’ve refunded the remaining $34 to you.

  Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement — although this can be longer for international refunds (outside the US). You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
