Hi there,
I see your domain was never refunded. I’ve processed that refund now.
Refunds typically takes about 10 business days to show in your account, but this depends on the processing time required by your bank. So if you haven’t received the refund for the non-domain portion of your plan yet, please follow up directly with them.
From the moment we process the refund on our end we have no control over or access to the funds any more.
