  Hi, I´ve canceld my account in December, and I´ve still been charged until today…. I want my money back… I´ve an email that proves the cancelation.

  Hi there,

  There hasn’t been any recent charges on your account. The last payment you made to us was on 27 December 2016, and that payment was refunded on 28 December. You can see receipts for both transactions here:

  If you did not receive the refund, please contact your bank, as it’s most likely an error on their end.

  I don’t see any other charges in this account. Is it possible that you have another WordPress.com username or another site? We don’t have any monthly upgrades on WordPress.com, but the payments could be for one of our premium plugins on a self-hosted WordPress site.
