I’ve just bought a theme and it is not acting in the same way as when tested on the providers site. I’d like to get a refund – how can I go about this?

There should be be a refund button – Dashboard >> Store
If that is not available then contact the staff when the contact form opens Monday morning http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ – search for anything then page down to the form – reference this thread for the date you requested the refund – I think there is a 30 day try it period on themes so you should be just fine.
