  I am trying to refund a purchase from last October that charged now. Is that possible. I never used the service and it was just charged. I refunded what I could from the link you sent me throu E mail. Is there another step I should make? Will I receive all my money back? It’s important as I never used your services you can tell by the non existent traffic on your page. Thank you
