Why does it matter where I am logged in. I mistakenly created more than one account but I only paid for one. Simonemyrthil.blog

I’m sorry, but we take security here very seriously and cannot unilaterally cancel and refund the products that one account owns simply because another account requested it, as we have no way of knowing whether or not the second account is maliciously trying to disrupt the site.
Once you are logged in under the correct account following the steps above, you will be able to cancel and refund the products yourself by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/
Alternatively, if you request the refund here as the account which owns the products, we’d be happy to take care of that.

The issue is that the “renewedmind” WordPress.com user account you are posting from is not the owner of the upgrade you are trying to refund. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade.
