    Hi,
    I have cancelled my subscription of domain registration and wordpress premium. I don’t see an option to claim refund. I would like to have a refund as I have cancelled the plan with 5 days itself.

    Hi there,

    According to our records you purchased your Premium Plan and domain on 9/17 and canceled 7 days later on 9/25

    Monthly plans have a 7 day refund period and it appears that you missed that by just a little bit. With this in mind I am able to make an exception and refund the cost of your Premium Plan ($17) and you can see that refund on the page I linked above.

    Domains on the other hand have a strict 5-day (96-hour) refund policy, and you appear to have canceled a few days after that, so we are not able to refund. However, if you wish we can reinstate the domain on your account if you wish to use it further. You do not have to use it here on WordPress.com and we can help you to connect it to any other service you wish to use your domain on.
