Refund

    I recently began making an account with WordPress and paid €48 for a specific plan. I went out of the site as I got distracted with a different task but the account and plan I was setting up disappeared when I came back but the money left my bank account. I have proof that the payment went through my bank account and I would like either the money back or the plan offered to me.
