  Hi, refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account. So please wait a few more days, and if you still can’t see it, you can follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them with the transaction ID in the refund receipt as a reference.

  We can see is 8 business days since the refund.

  We’d recommend waiting the full term before contacting the bank with regards to that transaction.
