    I upgraded to a personal account yesterday but changed my mind. I cancelled the payment (which was approximately $50) and only received $14 back and I am wondering why this is and when I might get the rest of the money?

    I cancelled the payment (which was approximately $50) and only received $14 back

    Your plan was cancelled but hadn’t been fully refunded yet. I’ve just refunded the remaining $34 and you can view a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

    The money should reach you in 7-14 business days, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
