Refund

    I submitted for a refund almost 2 weeks ago, because I canceled my subscription and was told it was refunded. But looking in my receipts, i see noting there but the charge, and have not received a refund to this date.

    I’ve checked your account and although your plan was cancelled, it looks a problem occurred when the refund was issued. Sorry about that, I appreciate you’ve been waiting for it to reach you! I’ve just refunded $35.88 and you can view a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

    Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to process and show up in your account.
