    Hi, I bought a primium from your website for nov-a-bridal.com on June 8th, but i cannot get the product pages on, so I applied refund on June 21. Why I only received USD81 instead of USD99, which I paid for?

    Hi Shelly,

    It appears the domain cost wasn’t refunded when your plan was cancelled — we’re sorry about that! I’ve just refunded the remaining $18 and you can view a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

    The money should reach your account in 7-14 business days, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
