  I was charged $50.88. I am being refunded $32.88. Where is the other $18?

  Hi there!

  It looks like you attempted to transfer a domain. The $18 was kept incorrectly for that domain. Since the transfer wasn’t completed, I’ve gone ahead and refunded the remaining $18. Apologies for the error there.
