  Hi!

  On July 10, the annual fee for the service was deducted. I canceled the service, but no refunds have been made since then. When will it be returned, how long should I wait?

  Hi there,

  It looks like the refund was added to your account as credits instead. I’ve removed the credits and issued the refund for you. You should receive it in about ten business days.
