Refund

    Hi,

    I cancelled my WP premium subscription last July 15 and got this notification:

    ‘The following upgrade has been cancelled and $99.00 refunded:

    WordPress.com Premium on https://8touchesmassage.wordpress.com
    It may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.’

    It’s been 10 days and i still have not seen the refund reflected back to my account. Appreciate your assistance please.

    Hi there,

    We issued the refund on 15 July. You can view a receipt for the refund in your billing history here:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    Once we issue a refund and the funds leave our account we have no control over the process any more. From there it’s up to your bank to return the funds to your account, so if you’re not seeing the refund on your bank statement yet, you’ll need to follow up with them.
