    I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble with a refund.

    It looks like you have filed a dispute regarding this payment. Once that has happened, refunds are out of our hands and you will have to wait for however long the dispute process takes with your banking provider.

    If you cancel the dispute, I can process the refund immediately. But while a dispute is active, there is nothing I can do, I’m afraid.
