  how do I get a refund for a renewal?

  Your account shows the Personal plan for dormroombakery.wordpress.com has already been fully refunded. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days appear on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time.
